I’m amazed by Jyoti’s ability to work under pressure, her analytical skills, communication and

Problem-solving skills. She is a highly focused person as well as analytical and can add to any
team she is a part of. Her energy to make things happen was contagious and it helped us
achieve great results. One of the best analysts we had for sure. It was a pleasure to work with
Jyoti, I am sure Jyoti will achieve great things in her career. Wish you all the best in your

I had the opportunity to work with Suraj closely in executing the CSR Initiative at GM
Technical Center in Bangalore. Suraj was a an individual who had immense empathy towards
the children who belonged to less fortunate families. He worked passionately towards
helping improve the infrastructure and the environment for the children at the school GMTCI
had adopted. I have found Suraj to be a person of very high integrity and a person who is
passionate about always doing the right thing.

I first met Suraj during a focused training class I was providing for GM’s various global
technical center employees. The training was to provide the tools and the understanding of
how to qualify automotive components and basic knowledge of the test equipment. Over
time, Suraj became one of the regional leads for component testing and was able to assist a
local company to become self-certified for one type of testing. Additionally, Suraj supported
this company during initial production. If it was not due to Suraj’s persistence and focus this
project may not have been completed on time or completed at all. I worked with Suraj over a
minimum of 5-year span and have been impressed with his work effort, willingness to learn
new things and then apply that learning.
