Objective
The purpose of this document is provide to BRF partners and service providers the
necessary information to the VPN Client application configuration for remote access to the BRF IT
environment. How VPN Client Access software, the Palo Alto GlobalProtect software will be used. This is
compatible with current versions of Windows (7, 8, 8.1,10).

How to access to VPN

The application installation can be done only when the partner / service provider already have the VPN
access set up. In order to access the installer download area, it is mandatory to have a username and
password active in our network as well as appropriate access to the tool configured.

After that, follow the steps below to run the Palo Alto Global Protect installation procedure):

1. With the access credentials in hand, access the website portal, according with your region:
Latam portal: https://partners.brf-br.com
Middle East portal: https://partners.brf-me.com
Europe portal: https://partners.brf-europe.com
Asia portal: https://partners.brf-asia.com
Turkey portal: https://ra.brf-tr.com

2. Click “Continue to this Website” if you receive the certificate error

3. In Login page, type in your username and password and click the login button.

Choose the correct installer compatible with your operation system and click to start the
download:

4. Save the installer on your machine

5. Execute the installer and click Next

6. Check the local folder installation and click Next

7. Confirm the installation and click Next

8. To complete the installation process, click Close

How to access to VPN

1. The Global Protect VPN access software can be found near Windows clock:

2. After open the application, you must enter the BRF Partners portal address:
Latam portal: partners.brf-br.com
Middle East portal: partners.brf-me.com
Europe portal: partners.brf-europe.com
Asia portal: partners.brf-asia.com
Turkey portal: ra.brf-tr.com

and click “Connect”.

Note: Click in Continue if a certificate warning window appears.

3. Next, enter your access credentials and click Sing In:

4. The screen bellow will appear stating that you are connected to the VPN.

Diconnect/End the VPN Connection

1. To end the VPN connection, just go to Windwos try(near system clock), find and click the Palo Alto
Global Protect application icone. Next, click on “Disconnect”.

2. With connection finished, the message Not Connected is displayed.
