Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 83, s. 2012 known as Implementing Guidelines on Revised ‘School-Based Management (SBM) - Assessment Process and Tool (APAT) and Regional Memo No. 67, s. 2019, Implementing Guidelines on Contextualized School-Based Management (SBM) Assessment Process and Tool (APAT), the SDO Camarines Sur is mandated to conduct the SBM Validation of the schools within the Division of Camarines Sur. 2. In response to this mandate, the SDO validation teams are directed to conduct ‘SBM Validation Visits in the identified schools. The list of qualified schools and their corresponding schedule of validation visit is found in the enclosure no. 1. 3. Upon completion of the validation process, the SDO Validation Teams are instructed to submit a copy of the following to the Division SBM Coordinator: a. SBM Certificate of Rating b. Copy of the Validated Self-Assessment Tool ¢c. Copy of the DOD Processing Sheet ‘Templates of these forms are found in enclosure no 2, 3 and 4, respectively. 4, Travel expenses and other incidental expenses of the validation teams shall be charged to local funds/division MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5.
