Good Evening Class!

Just to give you some few reminders regarding the upcoming Midterm
Examinations, please be informed of the following:

1. We will be using the Google Meet for the whole week. Please click and use the Google Meet link
found in our Empotek Google Classroom. Here is the link:

2. Make sure to log in the Google Meet between 7:00-7:30am.

3. Please be mindful of the time. All examinations will start at exactly 7:30am and will end on time.
The subject teachers have the control when to start and end accepting responses in exam.

4. Make sure that your study area is free from any clutter and unnecessary things not needed on
your exam. Open notes, tabs and other sites is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

5. BE HONEST. Only students without laptop/computer are allowed to use mobile phones. PLEASE
DO NOT MAKE ANY NON-SENSE REASONS JUST TO USE MOBILE PHONES.

6. All students using laptop/computers MUST TURN-ON THEIR WEBCAMS. Only those students
who are using mobile phones are allowed turn-off their cameras.

7. TURN-OFF your Audio once the examination has started.

8. During recess, the Google Meet streaming will still continue. You may turn-off your cameras
while having your snacks.

9. Anyone who will experience technical problems such as disconnection in Google Meet while the
test is on-going, may still continue finishing the test. If in case, you were not able to continue or
finish your test within the given time, please report it immediately to me or you may contact
your subject teachers directly regarding your problem.

10. In case, you will be absent during the exams, your parents should be the one to notify me and
not you. Please present/send medical certificates for health reasons.

I know this major test is important to you; but class, I am hoping that HONESTY will still be there in your
hearts. It’s easy to cheat, but come to think of your future in college, you cannot pass college entrance
exams by cheating. So as early as now, practice your integrity when facing challenges like this. It is better
to fail with all honesty than to pass disgracefully. Always remember, your grades will NOT DEFINE YOU
AND YOUR FUTURE.
