The solution is to increase the edge

erase areas. This can be done by modifying some NVMs.

Tests with customer’s file (using

customer’s stream) were done on our lab machine after having made these
adjustments, and the values below are giving the best compromise (deletion is
not too big, but big enough to get this
“unwanted line” cropped).

Make sure you modify the 3 NVMs as

below, so this works regardless the paper is fed SEF or LEF.
