1. What do you suggest to Mr. Khan, HR Manager and his team do


first with respect to training? Why?
Answer) Mr Khan and Hr Manager should arrange and invest in training sessions
urgently as training is very important for quality work and output reason behind it is
detailed instructions is required to their staff. Training will also help employees to
improve performance training will also promise Mr khan and manager of better return in
future as compared to current situation of the hotel they can work in more organized
way by providing training to the staff moreover it will enhance skills of their employees.
Mr khan should invest in training employees or staff if he wants to compete successfully
with competitors and the Hotel PC s serious technique is To utilize better visitor
administration than separate the Hotel PC properties, and to in this way increment the
length of stay and return pace of visitors, and consequently support incomes and
benefit. HR supervisor Mr. Khan should now plan utilitarian approaches and exercises
that help this serious procedure by evoking the necessary representative practices and
skills. As she surveyed her organization s preparing measures, Mr. Khan had
motivations to be concerned. For a certain something, the Hotel PC depended solely on
casual hands on preparing.

Answer) In my opinion the have not sufficiently investigated it they have identified how
serious matter it is but there isn't one straightforward answer for building best laborer
preparing programs, anyway there are a few components which may be constantly
