discuss about the conduction of classes considering the prevailing COVID 19
situation.

Principal welcome the Heads of the Department to the meeting and invited them to
appraise their opining w.r.t. mode of conducting the Classes considering the prevailing
situation.
After discussion the following decisions were made by all the concerned.

1. Classes for the 4th, 6th and 8th semester B.E and BCA AND 1st semester PG courses
will be as per schedule from 05.04.2021 to 20.04.2021 and if necessary in Blended
Mode.
2. If there are any CIE / Events, scheduled from 05.04.2021 to 20.04.2021, then the same
will be rescheduled.
3. There is no change in the mode of Examination for 1st semester UG courses. The
examination will be as per the Calendar of Events in Offline Mode only.
4. However, all the University Examinations for ALL THE COURSES will be conducted
in Offline Mode as per the Calendar of Events.
5. Any Departmental Activities / Meeting shall be in Online Mode.
