To develop an intranet portal for all colleagues of TMB, who will be able to access all information
related to the company on it, irrespective of where they are in the country.

Objective:

 To enhance collaboration and connections between all colleagues, especially those

located in geographically separated locations
 Increase productivity by providing team members with a clear picture of organizational
activities and projects underway
 Will help build team spirit and sense of internal connection
