The photos shown were screenshot of my contacts in my mobile phone. Mobile numbers of the parents of my
pupils were listed and included in the group 20 21 Grade 1 group for easy group messaging if there were
announcements.
 The following screenshots were some of the actual messages exchange by the teacher and the parents. Some
messages were about announcements, some was about teacher advising the parents how to teach their child concepts,
and the other was about concerns on module.
