SPECIFICATIONS/GUIDELINES IN TAKING THE

EXAM.
1. This is a test to determine your skill in
drawing accurately and determine your
speed to finish a particular task in drawing.
2. Time limit is 2 hours 15 minutes including the
submission in pdf format in LMS and in Google Forms.
3. It is not expected that you can finish the figure during the given time allotted
4. You are advised to submit your drawing 10 minutes before the deadline
5. Your work will be graded according to its accuracy and completeness
6. No need to insert LAYERS
7. LMS will still be accepting your drawing if you submit beyond the time limit.
However, there will be a corresponding deduction of 10% from your grade every
10 minutes late.
Eg. First 10 mins late is 10 % deduction, next 10 minutes late is 20% deduction
8. LMS will stop receiving your drawing 20 minutes after the deadline except for
unavoidable situations.
9. In case lms will bug down, you may upload your drawing directly to google forms
where I will be giving a link
10.According to school guidelines anybody caught cheating will automatically be
given corresponding sanctions.
11. This is a gentle reminder, please do not share your drawing because this is
considered an act of cheating
