The purpose of the report

The purpose of this report was to analyze and recommend suitable recommendations for Melbourne
Car World for the organization wide changes or enhancements to policies, service delivery procedures,
practices, and standards. The Scope: While investigating the Melbourne Car World we found out that
the company has a high potential for growth and has a well and managed management system and has
a benefit of goodwill and brand name which it has earned through hard work of over decades.
