Solutions to the problems-
1. Increase menu open via inorganic measures like
banners, paid listing, paid promotion or working
organically to increase menu open via measures like
improving ratings, building brand value, working on
quality etc.
2. Increasing AOV by trying to target large orders
from UM and AM by using relevant codes or honest
discounting. AOV can also be improved by offering
combos or ‘make it a meal option’.
3. Increase M2O by engaging LA customer segment by
using relevant discount codes, buy X get Y offers etc
