Let’s Analyze Lesson 7:

“Elaborate your understanding of the

importance of knowing local history In relation
on constructing a National History identity”

-It is really important to know and study first

our local history because it enables us most
especially the students to have a greater
interest in history and it also reflects our
identity as a Filipino citizen. It also helps us in
analyzing small details that made our own
history unique from others. We can fully
comprehend the national history if we will
know our local history first because it helps us
to analyze and think critically towards the data
that is being presented in order for us to
understand it easily. Local history has a lot of
details which can be connected towards the
national history. It will also help us to have a
better understanding that occurred or
happened in our country. Before studying about
the national history, why not study first our own
in order for to have an insight on how does our
country survived towards the different
problems and dilemmas that has been being
encountered.
