Degree certificate(s) if completed

University CGPA to percentage conversion certificate

(University issues a certificate or indicates at the back of mark sheets)

Consolidated mark sheet (only for those who have completed graduation)

Work experience proof

(service certificate or First and last payslip or a payslip having date of joining)

OBC-NCL/SC/ST/Physical disability certificate(s) (Whichever as applicable)
