Hi Team - need help – Casey called me today asking how can he look up his orders – he went under the

customer name in SAP – UI and is looking under open sales orders and closed sales orders and its no
where to be found – so need help as to why this function is not correct and how is he supposed to look
up his orders – see the SO#/PO# etc? SO# 456402
