To the Principal,

I am writing this report to enlighten you about some of the problems which
students might face after they join a new school. I also interviewed some
students to make this report more informative. After students join a new school it
is quite difficult for them to settle in a totally unfamiliar environment. It may be
difficult for a child to understand the new procedures. There are students who are
introverts and might not have good communication skills which makes this whole
school journey a lot challenging for them. They are unable to make new friends
and moreover they are too shy to interact with their teacher. They do not share
what they feel, they hesitate to inform if something is wrong or if they were not
able to understand the things as they fear the embarrassment. Furthermore,
students also get bullied which often leads to students developing depression and
anxiety, they feel afraid and despise the idea of attending school.
To overcome these problems, I suggest that our school can initiate school
societies. This can help boost confidence in students participating and give them
chances to engage with the students around, make new friends, teachers will also
get to know the students better. In addition, when it comes to bullying our school
should take strict action against the students involved. Also, Teachers and parents
can regularly remain in touch regarding their child’s growth and adaptability at
the new environment.
If our school environment’s is made comfortable for the new students joining in.
The reputation of our school within this city will increase. Mores students would
wish to join our school. Students will develop more confidence and show their
best results. I hope this report would be useful. Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,
Bakhtawar Nawaz.
