I chose this option because it has more topic to choose from and makes more sense with my
modern language career.
In addition to the administrative reinforcement it can give to my career and I can specialize in
this field of marketing.

I find the topics that marketing addresses interesting and I would like to work with
international brands, so I chose this option.

Being one more plus that gives my career when I think about doing a marketing major.

Applied research is a subject where you can learn concepts of branding, branding, market
research. And there was a very interesting activity in this area where I was able to do a survey
related to Covid-19 to the population.

You have to do something you like in order to make a subject enjoyable and get your
attention, so I did the survey with the virus now present.

Thanks to that I was able to learn how to handle more excel, to know its tools, the teacher
was very patient and explained us step by step through videos, also his online classes so that
we could do the activities without any problems.

So I really liked this subject because it helps you to develop a market research, it teaches you
to analyze the different answers of that research that you did.

Besides that the subject is also very topical and it is what people are most interested in then
they help you with this kind of thing.

On the subject of Human Talent Management, I was very pleased to learn how its name
changed over time, to learn about the duties and rights of the worker, how different scientists
influenced the laws.

In addition to knowing topics related to payroll, interviews, a bit of worker health and safety,
the type of worker selection depending on the job, surveys, it is very interesting because you
learn and also teach the people who are next to you so that they take into account their
performance and work and not be undesired.

On the subject of Brand Management, it teaches you the direct and indirect competition of
each product or service, the meaning of colors and the impact it should have on the client, the
importance of the name and its slogan, the location, the types of clients, the types of markets
and that you should have different if you are only in that place, it is a great subject with a good
teacher.
He explains and is attentive to his students, makes his classes dynamic, is productive, and
makes them like the subject and his class.

The personal training that each teacher leaves is enriching to learn much more about the
subject and specialize in Marketing, in addition that currently it is handled around this subject.

In addition to what I learned with the teachers and their knowledge, I did separate courses
with google to learn a lot more, because I would like to have more subjects to learn more of
the subject.

First, why learn? Learn from teachers, how they have passed on to us through their
experience in the labor market and all the knowledge they have acquired over many years.

Second, The professors during the classes taught us many subjects, they patiently explained
the history of each subject, how it came about, at a professional level how they have
reinforced their knowledge and how they make it known to us.

From there then the practice of all the explanation is the most complex and I talk about the
excel tool. In the subject of applied research this tool is used a lot and when doing surveys, it is
a very good tool because you get good results from there.

Then the reinforcement of the topics in practice with a good teacher makes the topics easier to
understand.

Third, through their experience in the work field they teach us the different points and
activities of the subjects, so it is a good way to explain, taking it to real life.

About points to improve on the co-terminal

I think it has its advantages and disadvantages.

The advantages are that this information is useful for you to choose between your
specialization, what subject you want, if you want to study a doctorate in this career and in this
country. I was one of the people who thought that Marketing was only about branding and
making logos, choosing colors, a name, objectives of the company and the target audience, but
I was surprised with the co-terminal and I had a good expectation, since Marketing is really a
more administrative subject.

It is also defined in the emotions of the public, market research when launching a new
product, surveys on what people think of this product that a company or service launched for
its customers and get more potential customers.

Doing this co temrinal opens your mind, your thoughts about choosing well what you want and
what you want to focus on. It is a good choice which I do not regret, because I learned, I
learned about a subject that was not entirely unknown since during my career I could see
about this topic, but more in depth and more administrative is known and it is nice.

I also chose this option because it has to do more with my career which is based on
administration and it is easier to get work on the marketing side since it is found in many
multinational companies here in Colombia.

This subject of Marketing is very current so it would be good to be able to choose it as a

specialization.

The disadvantages, in my opinion there is a teacher a little messy but as for the rest, the
teachers are neat, they are excellent at explaining the subject, I like that the work is done
individually and not in groups, since there will always be the partner who does nothing and
does not have time to do his part of the work and also, I also like that it is virtually.

I would love it if they gave more material of the topics covered for us to read and learn not
only from the professors with their classes but the material outside of class, in that I would like
there to be more support for the student and if possible a little more study time.

I know it is a co-terminal but I should have a little more study time or classes, other than one
class a week to learn a little more.

And finally, the different activities of each subject were interesting, they raise situations and
topics with a good perspective and the different online classes are interesting, it draws
attention to want to enter a class where the teacher is dynamic, makes the class interesting,
makes you like the subject and draws your attention to be able to concentrate on what he
explains, plus they are super pending that students understand, send videos of the class so
that in case of any questions can be resolved or watching the class or also an email can help
and respond quickly to any concerns you have.

There is something I forgot to mention and that is that the university also has something
negative with respect to the coterminal and my career and the problem is that they only offer
this program that is more focused on the Modern Languages career.

They should offer more programs so that students are motivated to do a co-terminal program
which I think is better if you want to learn and be able to see more clearly what path to take so
that you can specialize in it not only to study but for your life, for your work life.
