Good afternoon, I am writing you this email to complain about the problems I have had

with my computer that I requested on Tuesday and that it will be sent to me two days
later, so I contacted your customer service team and they told me it was on its way.
However, the computer was delivered to me on Thursday, two days after ordering it.
Apart from the delay in delivery, there are other problems with the computer. First, the
brand is the wrong thing to do. The computer you are ordering is HP Brand and the
computer sent to me is Dell brand. And second, it's the wrong color. The computer they
sent me is white and I asked for a black one and also the screen is grated.

I am attaching a photo so you can see what I mean and because of these issues I want
to return the computer and would like a full refund, including the additional shipping
charge. I hope to receive an answer as soon as possible.
