1. As agreed by the committee, Jumpstart shall be virtually done by cluster via Google meet.

2. After identifying your advisory class, kindly check your section’s class and enrollment lists
from the school automate. Make sure that the two lists coincide. To access the lists, click the
link: https://bit.ly/3lvUzdG

3. After securing your class list, kindly send an email to your advisees. For the generic text to be
emailed, click the link below:

Make sure to edit the message to be emailed and provide your cluster’s google meet code. For
your convenience, make use of the group email of your advisory class. (See the link in no. 2)

4. After sending the email, kindly send a text message to your advisees. For the generic text,

5. After sending the email and text, kindly invite your advisees to their Homeroom Google
Classroom. Make use of the prototype Homeroom Google Classroom presented during the
meeting. Your chairperson will add you in the sample google classroom. Make sure to create a
copy of it before you invite your advisees.
