The purpose of meditation is
to union with the Soul Plane.

1
The Soul plane, which is
beyond the appeared world,
beyond vibration, Silver
Flow, in appearance, is the
Origin .

2
Visualize the Light of the
Soul, in the Head Space, and
withdraw attention to there.

3
Another type of meditation,
in Zen, is to follow the
breath, as it rises to planes of
Silver, and allow the Silver to
descend and Union with the
body.

4
Negative thoughts are
overcome by detecting them
before they rise, and
withdrawing the awareness to
the Light in the Head-Space
for a few minutes.

5
Meditate to any music that
brightens your inner self.

6
One type of meditation
involves analyzing each
aspect of the body as situated
in the Unborn plane, and
then the body form, as a
whole, as unioned with the
Unborn plane, as one with
the Unborn plane.

This is followed by a focused

meditation on the head space
or the space around the
middle of the eyebrows.

7
World focus, and
identification with evolving
thought forms may be
removed by visualizing the
Silver at spot in the head
which is neither to the front
nor the back, neither high
nor low, neither to the left
nor the side. The focus is
absorbed there and the
awareness of directions and
the world disappears.

8
Gradually extend the time of
meditation to an hour.

9
The Light in the Head can be
used to Thunder away rising
thought forms, and then one
gradually enters the state of
the Observer.

The Thundering away and

the arising of thought forms,
then, over practice, is
spontaneous, has a zero time
gap.

10
The body form is where the
awareness ought be, and in
the head-space. A centered
focus.

11
The Silver expands from the
head-space to fill the whole
body, and the whole body is
fused with the Silver Planes.

12
The body, which is a
function of the awareness
perceiving Nature’s
movements, Nature being
the Universe itself, and also
the Eternal Nature beyond, is
formed in the Eternal. In
forms of Silver.

13
When the Silver and the
body are as one and the same
the goal of meditation is
touched, and the form of
yoga established.
