Subject- Request to allow Government allowed Covid-19 holidays in respect of my personal holidays.

Sir,

On 01/05/2021 my wife becomes corona positive and I have also had symptoms of covid-19 for with my
doctor have recommended for home isolation because of which I was not able to join duty from
03/05/2021 to 17/05/2021 for which I have applied under special leave for covid-19 as government
guideline but due to some leave department have deducted my personal holiday.

I request you to do the right full and allow my leave application under the special leave category under
covid-19 as per government guidelines. For further reference please see the attachments of my wife's
covid-19 positive report and government official letter from Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances &
Pension number 13020/1/2019 for special leave under covid-19 pandemic.

Please let me know if anything other than this is needed from my side and allot me special holiday leave
under covid-19 Pandemic.
