The Taj Mahal located on the southern bank of the river Yamuna in the Indian

city of Agra and The Parthenon temple located in Greek city of Athens, are two of the
most admired masterpieces of the ancient architecture world's heritage. Both
monuments being built using marble.
The Parthenon stands in the in the center of Athens whilst The Taj Mahal
being at the outskirts of Agra city.
A difference beteen the two monuments is the duration of the construction.
The Taj Mahal was built in 12 years starting from 1631 AD plus 5 years for
surrounding buildings and the outer courtyard, comparing with The Parthenon which
construction began in 447 BC but date of completion in not exactly known.
