As of August 12, 2021, all businesses and institutions
in Philadelphia must require proof of vaccination to
enter or require mask use by all staff and patrons.
Proof of vaccination:
Businesses can require all staff
and patrons to be fully
vaccinated and request to see
proof of vaccination for entry.
Being fully vaccinated means at
least two weeks have gone by
since your second dose of the
Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or
two weeks have gone by since
your Johnson & Johnson
vaccine.
If everyone who comes into
your store or institution is fully
vaccinated, including staff, no
one needs to wear a mask.

Unvaccinated individuals
should consider wearing two
masks while indoors.
Indoor dining can still happen
in businesses that do not
require proof of vaccination,
but masks must be worn by
staff and patrons the entire
time while not seated and
eating or drinking.
