I'll show you how I earned 1000 subscribers with only seven videos, and these ideas will help
you build your channel as well. So stick around till the finish so you can notice the changes right
away.
1. Pay Close Attention to Thumbnails
To gain subscribers, you must first entice people to want to watch your videos, and
thumbnails are the first impression that viewers have of them before ever glancing
at them.
Many people judge or form an opinion about whether or not the video will be
"excellent" based on this. So, my recommendation is to spend the effort to make
them appealing. If you're stuck for design ideas, I recommend looking at the
thumbnails of several youtubers, especially those in your niche, to get an idea, but
don't imitate; instead, add your own personal touch.
There are several programs with which you can do them easily, you can use CANVA
that works both on the cell phone and on the computer, or PICSART APP is also very
good. If you need a tutorial on how to make the thumbnails on your cell phone,

An example is when they make videos like “what did I do one day in quarantine? So
tip # 1: Put yourself in the person's shoes, take time to analyze what your niche
needs to know, what problem you can help solve through tips, advice, tutorials, etc.
Tip # 2: If the case was that your intention in making that video was not to show
your personal life but rather to teach how to have a productive / efficient day then
make sure your title says something like: “how to be productive in quarantine ”, it is

important that you imagine how that person would type in the YouTube search
engine what they are looking for so that they can find you.
I am telling you because some of my videos obtained between 65% and 80% of the
views thanks to the fact that they were suggested and they all had in common good
percentages of these two variables that I just named you.
What happens then with the channels that speak in some videos of Food, in others
of Chemical Formulas and in others of How to Edit Photos? Well, people have more
resistance to subscribing because they do not know what they are going to expect
from you, if you do not give them a CLEAR reason to subscribe, they simply will not
do it.

6. Follow the Trends
One way to gain more views and therefore more subscribers is to analyze which
one gained more views, why? Because that means that people are interested in this
particular topic and if you continue it in future videos, it will not only have more
views but it will also accelerate the gain of subs.
Do not forget about the trends of the moment, for example if your channel is about
technology and the new iPhone was just launched, it is very convenient for you to
quickly make a video talking about this new cell phone that week to get on the wave
and quickly reach more people .
7. Call to Action
Do not ask them to subscribe at the beginning of the video because if they have not
seen even if they like your video or your way of explaining they like it, they simply
will not subscribe. Also don't wait until the end of the video as very few people
make it to that point.
Ask them to subscribe in the middle of the video. Also help yourself with reminders
like these animations that appear next to the cursor by clicking on the word
subscribe.
In case you don't know what they are, I'll tell you that they are extensions of the
free version and the paid version that you install in your browser so that when you
enter a video you can see variables such as how many visits the video receives per
hour, the SEO score, tags they use other youtubers, among others.

Also, when you are looking for a topic in the YouTube search engine, it appears with
a meter or a qualifier that tells you how good or bad it would be to talk about that
topic, among other options.
For example, if your channel is about "recipes for vegans", then join groups such as
"vegans in Colombia", "I want to be vegan", "vegan diet" and spread your video in
those groups since you will be sharing that information directly to your Target
audience and not only with your friends of whom we do not know who might really
be interested.
This is something that I am just beginning to do, but the reason I recommend it is
because I have closely followed several channels and have seen their growth
skyrocket by uploading 2 times a week.
I do not advise you to do this if you are just starting out because it can be a lot of
burden for you while you find the rhythm of work, especially if you have a full-time
job and you do this only in your free time. But once you feel that you are recording
and editing faster then do it, or if you have the possibility to dedicate all your time
to this then go ahead.
I hope friends have served you these tips have a good day <3
