PARKING SPACE AGREEMENT

The parties to this agreement are:_________________________________________

hereinafter called as the “Parking Space Owner,” with the address

Occupant” with the address

The Owner allows the Occupant to use the parking space at

period of ______________, beginning on________________ and ending on
_________________, unless, another agreement is entered to shorten or extend the said
period. The rental fee for the said parking space shall be for Php._________________ due
and payable in cash on the_____________ day of each month.
The parties also agree that the Owner is without any liability in case of any: loss, injury,
expenses, or damages either through acts of God or force majeure, or any other instances
under the same conditions which may occur or may be suffered while the Occupant’s vehicle
is within the parking space. The Owner is not responsible for any items or personal property
left in the vehicle or within the parking space.
