GOALS
Before you start ask yourself:
What do I want to accomplish and what I need to do to be able to
accomplish them?
Why do I want to set new habits, what I want to change?
For who I am doing this changes?
REMEMBER
New year doesn't mean new you, let's delete all the things I don't lie about myself.
Setting boundaries, working on yourself, saying no when you don't feel like doing
something, taking "me time" can be goals as well!!
Be patient and take your time, good things don't come easy and if you fail, it's !!
You have the great opportunity to start again and see what else you can do!!
