behind schedules.
Assessment Give intervention
Intervention Applied Remind parents to collect modules on time.
Always check if the learners had answered the
module completely before returning the
modules.
Feedback/Monitoring Progress Most students shows that they have learned
and studied their lesson well because most of
them have high scores in summative and
performance task. It also shows that their
parents supports and guide them well at home
while learning.
Opportunities for Improvements  Check in with students/parents regularly.
