Shoulder and its related joints had a great
significance for our body in respect of performing various exercises. Like whether throwing a ball, paddling a canoe, lifting boxes, or pushing a lawn mover, we totally rely on our shoulder joint. Well, talk about its instability or injuries, it is mostly reported in young people and athletes. For example. In athletes shoulder instability is caused by certain motions used in tackling or pitching. It can cause pain that comes on either quickly or gradually, a feeling that shoulder is loose, or a weakness in arm. Treatment involves rest, physical therapy, and surgery. A Shoulder separation or sprain is happen when the ligament that hold the clavicle to the acromion tear. It mostly happen during a fall, when your arm or hand is outstretched. Starting as early as 50 some people get osteoarthritis, which cause painful movement. This happen as the smooth surfaces of the cartilage that line the bone of the shoulder joint are worn away, and joint starts to wear out. The most common cause of osteoarthritis overuse.
