I am writing to ask you to give a special mode of learning for Jhon Reymark Ebcas due to his
health restraints. Please copy paste the materials available in the OED for your subject including
the quizzes and exams (if available) from Prelim to Finals. Please give the hardcopy of your
modules on or before Friday – April 30, 2021 to Ms. Janice Aya-ay. Please use long bond paper
for your learning materials. In addition, as mandated by our School Director the said student is
exempted to comply your activities and attend F2F class for his major subjects for the meantime.
