 Context: Our online university environment; several months after the declaration

of a global pandemic caused by a relatively unknown virus


 Audience: Your classmates who come from different backgrounds (class
anthology) and the general Ateneo community (if published by the Guidon)
 Purpose: To express what you have learned about yourself from your lockdown
experience

Thesis statement: Sometimes acknowledging that you’re weak is what will make you
stronger.
I.  (Description) I read that my coach died of a heart attack.
    A. During the latest hours of the night, only the moon and my lamp provided lighting
to my disorganized room
    B.  Alone in my room, I had only my thoughts to accompany me.
II. (Analysis) I distracted myself with my academics, hoping to prove that I have moved
on, stronger than ever.
    A. At times, the pain would go away.
    B.  Deep in my heart, I knew it was still there, festering.
III.  (Outcome) I am still Human.
   A.  My heart aches plenty more than when I first heard of his death, but now I feel at
the very least, the pain leaving me piece by little piece.
  B. He will forever be a part of who I am, and I hope that wherever he may be, he may
find peace.
