MEMO on UNREMITTED PROOF OF DELIVERY

Dear Valued Suppliers,

To ensure smooth facilitation of payments on services rendered, please be advised of the

following points effective Jan.20, 2020:

1. All PODs with DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE date that was delivered to SUPPLIER but was
received by JUZAFRAN CARGO FREIGHT SERVICES 30 days after will be flagged as
UNACCEPTABLE BILLING.
2. All UNACCEPTABLE BILLINGS will be automatically returned to the SUPPLIER and is
subject for NON PAYMENT.
3. Any PODs which was returned to SUPPLIERS due to correction or incomplete
information will only be valid within 30 days upon return.
4. All returned PODs to be submitted to JUZAFRAN CARGO FREIGHT SERVICES beyond the
stipulated timeframe of 30 days will be subject for NON PAYMENT as well.
