WORK EXPERIENCE

I. In Disha Foundation, Bangalore

Work period: 2014 June to June 2020

 Handling with methods and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical
and mental dysfunctions, and guidance for children like Autism, ADHD.

 Methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for children and
measurement of training effects.

 Select and design a variety of activities that assist an affected movement or function and help
children to regain personal care skills, such as eating and dressing.

 Assist people to gain, or regain skills in social, leisure and work environments through graded
individual and group therapy and activity programs.

 Assist children with disabilities to integrate into education programs in schools.

 Observed and recorded children’s progress, attitudes, and behavior, and maintained this
information in client records.

 Reported to technical directors, verbally and in writing, on patient’s progress, attitudes and
behavior.

 Altered treatment programs to obtain better results if treatment is not having the intended
effect.
