AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

I, BONIFACIO ABANTAO LOZANO, of legal age, Filipino, single and

with residence address at #3317 Matanzas St., Brgy. Palanan, Makati City, After
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

That my true and real name was BONIFACIO ABANTAO LOZANO born
on September 23, 1976, registered in my PSA Certificate of Live Birth and in all
identification and legal documents needed to file on;

Unfortunately, based on the record of my Employee’s Statement of

Accumulated Value in Pag-IBIG Fund with company name Classique Ideas Interior
Designs Inc. with Employer ID No. 202021480016 my middle name only appeared
with initials A, however in my another company name Marasigan And Reyes
Architects Inc. with Employer ID No. 205049230001 it appeared as full middle
name ABANTAO which is mere mistaken by registration;

That I hereby attest that my true name is BONIFACIO ABANTAO

LOZANO and BONIFACIO A LOZANO refers to me as one and the same person;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing state
above and to whatever legal purpose it may do serve.
