The following persons are present
1. Smt. H. J. Rajyashree, 2. Y. Suknya, and 3 B.Lalitha Ballari.
1. I smt. H.Rajyahsree age 56 years, hereby intend to settle Rs.10,000/- Rupees ten
thousand only for the purpose of creation of Trust in Name: “ BALLARI
GANDHINAGR PYRAMID MEDITATION TRUST” and its office at present is at
place address above.
2. I appoint Smt. B.Lalitha age 44 years, wife of B.Suresh ward No. 22 Kappagal
Road, 2nd cross, M.V. Nagar, Ballari, as trustee, for life and she has accepted to
be trustee and signed to day.
3. Smt. Y Sukanya, age 53 years wife Ravindranatha Reddy R/o Moka Road, Left
side Gandhinagar, Ballari, as 2nd Trustee and accepted to serve.
4. We three constitute 3 trustees and Smt. H.J. Rajyashree is the Managing Trustee
for life time the following resolution is passed.
i. It is resolved that the name of Trust is “ BALLARI GANDHINAGR PYRAMID
MEDITATION TRUST”
ii. Open Bank account in State Bank of India any Branch with two signatories
iii. Smt. H.J.Rajyashree and Smt. Y.Sukanya.
iv. Appoint Sri R.S.K.Singh Advocate to prepare Draft of Trust deed and pay
him his fees Rs.5000/- fees
v. To incur expenditure for Registration of trust at sub Registrar office Ballari.
