Respected Sir,

I here with submit the following few lines for your kind consideration. I
am N.Venugopal Reddy, Nellore entered Agreement No : 7/2020-21, Dated :
20.08.2020 for the work “Construction of Primary Health Centre at Chillakuru
[Package NLR-II(a)] Repairs and Maintenance of Primary Health Centre at
Vallipedu [Package NLR-II(c)] in SPSR Nellore District. ” Estimate Cost 193.00
Lakhs. The agreement time will be completed on 19.05.2021.
The S.B.C was approved on 30.01.2021 and the copies of required drawings
were communicated on 12.02.2021 as a result i lost 6 months of working period.
Further Due to covid second wave the work was held up from 01.05.2021 to
30.06.2021. Due to the above problems the work will not be completed with in
the agreement time i.e before 19.05.2021.
I have Completed an amount Rs. 60.00 Lakhs of work till now. Hence as
per the circumstances and field problems explained above, my agreement time
may be extended (EOAT) for 8 months i.e 19.01.2022 for which act of kindness I
shall ever grateful to you sir.
