  Thank you for providing your delivery address.

Your details will be passed to the distribution team once the form closes to submissions on Sunday 8
August. If you need to amend the delivery address you have provided, you can resubmit the form up until it
closes on Sunday 8 August. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the submission deadline
has passed as your documents will have already been released to the distribution team for processing.

Your certificate and transcripts should arrive by the end of September 2021. If your documents have
not arrived by 1 October you will be able to report them as lost using our online form. Further details are

If you have ordered DHL delivery for your certificate then you will receive your tracking details directly from
DHL once your certificate has been printed and dispatched.
