CONDITIONAL LOAN AGREEMENT

This agreement is made as of this 22nd day of July 21, 2021 by and between:
Florence C. Bichara, of legal age and with postal Address at Zone 4 Coral Street, San
Agustin, Iriga City. To be known as the Borrower and Jesusa D. Tolin also of legal age,
married, resident of San Agustin, Iriga City. To be known as the lender.
Whereas, the lender made available the loan amount of two hundred thousand pesos (₱
200,000.00). To the borrower.
Whereas, to protect lender, Borrower pledge her two doors of commercial space situated
at zone 4, corner Coral and Corporal Street, San Agustin, Iriga City, as security of the amount
owed to the lender,
Whereas, lender has existing undertaking to Jefferson John De Lima to purchase his
property situated at Coral Street, San Agustin, Iriga City, upon completion of its documentation
by the lender to the said property,
Whereas, lender will deduct from the purchase price the amount payable in order to
extinguished her obligation.
