Deposit Contract

You have paid a two week deposit of fees as your spaces at Reggio Kids have
been confirmed. This deposit will be applied to the first two weeks of service.
Should you decide to waive your space after confirmation and payment, your
deposit will not be returned. Notice of withdrawal must be submitted, in writing, to
the Executive Director, one month prior to leaving. Failure to do so, will result in loss
of the deposit and fees paid.

Be advised that we cannot guarantee the location that your child will be placed
in. Although we may confirm one site, it may be necessary to relocate your child in
order to accommodate all the children on our wait list.

Wait List

A central wait list is in effect for both Reggio Kids’ campuses. Children are placed
in order according to the date that registration forms are received and then in ac-
cordance to date of required care. Preference of spaces is given to siblings, fam-
ily friends and referrals of current clients. The Centre will contact clients when it
can ascertain that a space will be available. This may be done up to two months
in advance or at times later depending on availability. Parents may contact the
Centre to keep abreast of their location on the wait list. Once a space is con-
firmed clients must submit a two week deposit to retain the space, which is cred-
ited at the last two weeks of enrollment. An orientation session and visits will be ar-
ranged by the site supervisor. Wait list information is maintained confidential and
in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
