Near Miss Description :

        During ship destination to Korea the main engine control air, air dryer, water separator
was found leaked and broken from the drain connection this could cause the main engine to
lose auto control ,and may cause the delay of ship operation, or more serious damage if this
would have happen on this voyage. Then 3rd.Engineer immediately repaired the cause and
adjust the correct control air pressure and Chief Engineer explained to the engine crew about
the safe working pressure in future.
