Chicken Pot Pie In my cook book


1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt 1/2 teas, pepper 1/4 teas, thyme 1 teas Bells sage seasoning
3-4 Carrots sliced, 1 sm. onion chopped, 1 large celery sliced thin, 1/2 to 1 cup
peas( frozen ok)
2 cups chicken, cut up
2 cups broth
1/4 cup flour
Pie crust

Simmer vegetables (except peas) in broth til almost tender. Separate, thicken broth
with flour. Add vegetables to chicken, soup, peas and seasoning. Add thicken
broth. Pour into pie crust.

Bake at 450° for 20 min. Then 350° for 20-30min
