RE: Request for copy of CCTV footage

Sir/Madam

This pertains to the incident that transpired on or about 0830H 25 November 2020
along Amelita Kanan cor. Friendly st., that two (2) unidentified malefactor with tattoo and one
(1) female factor onboard on a vehicle with plate number RSR 7661.

Said suspicious unidentified persons ask by a resident to whom they are looking for
several times but no answer was made and to unknown reason sped up to unknown direction
onboard on the said vehicle.

With this regard the undersigned request in your good office to secure a copy of any
CCTV footage taken in the vicinity of the village especially at the main gate/entrance of our
village or any possible footage to any passage of the said vehicle for future reference.
