RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS

● Presentations should be made only by the members


who are participating in the event.

● All design elements, code (if any), and the presentation


must be created during the course of the workshop
only.

● Participants are free to use additional elements such


as design sketches and wireframes to support their
presentation.

● Teams must strictly consist of only 3 people.

● Only one team from each theme will win the cash
prize.

● The presenting teams will be assigned a judge a few


minutes before the event starts, and will receive a call
from them in the given time slot.

● Participants should strictly adhere to the time slot


given to them for pitching. (10-12 minutes)

● The judges will share the criteria of judging much


before the event starts.

● All team members must be present during the pitch


session, or the team will be disqualified. *
● Unethical behavior towards participants, judges or the
organizing committee will not be tolerated.

● Presentations must not consist of plagiarized ideas.

● All presentations must be stored in a public GitHub


repository with the following naming format : “Team
name - Project name”.

● The link of the repository should be shared in the form


provided by the committee without fail on or before 4
PM, 18th July.

● Delay in submission will lead to disqualification of the


team.

● Feedback/ Marking sheet will be shared with teams


after the event if needed.

● All decisions made by the organizing committee will


be final.

*- If any members have an issue, they must inform the organizing


committee in advance.
