DBQ Versailles Treaty

The Versailles Treaty helped to cause WWII by taking land away from Germany and
making it see violence as the only option to get it back; making Germany shrink its army which it
feel weakened and wanting to gain military strength again; and by affirming that Germany was
responsible for all the loss and damage of the war which made Germany humiliated and
wanting to reclaim their pride, even if through force.
