REVIEW OF ASSESSMENT (PERFORMANCE TASK & WRITTEN WORKS)

1. In line with the implementation of the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013 (Republic Act
No. 10533), Bacacay East Central School is adopting the Policy Guidelines on Classroom
Assessment for the K to 12 Basic Education Program.

2. Effective School Year (SY) 2019-2020, the Policy Guidelines on Classroom Assessment for the
K to 12 Basic Education Program shall be implemented.

3. Performance tasks and written works must have rubrics to be presented by the teachers and
to be checked by master teachers.

4. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this memorandum is desired.
