In a business the best way to enhance the employer- employees relation is to have a training because

it is not only to gain knowledge about businesses but also a time for team building activity to
enhance their unity and to have a good communication which can really help every one of them.
They can also build a new circle of ( makakasama). And when they go back to their work they know
that they still can talk or ( makisalamuha) into each other. As what social responsibility means, the
duty to do what is best for the good of society. You are socially responsible not only as a business
owner or worker but being a simple person will do. You can attain this as long as you will not do
something bad, you will not harm your fellow citizen, your community, your country and even the
world or for short, tour environment. As long as you do what iwhat is fair, what is good and what is
morally right.
