TECHNICAL NOTES FOR LEVEL GAUGE

1. All SS material should be tested as per BP spec M1, C31 & F41.

2. Vendor should submit detail dimensional drawing alongwith part list

showing MOC of each part and QAP for GNFC approval before
manufacturing.

3. Inspection will be done by third party for following points:

i) Raw material identification with verification of material test
certificates showing chemical & physical properties.
ii) Visual and dimensional checking of final assembly with
approved drawings.
iii) Witness of IGC test of all SS items as per BP spec No. M1, C31
& F41 and witnessing and verification of other test specified in
AM specs.
iv) Witness of hydrotest and pneumatic test.
v) Heat treatment / solution annealing chart verification.
vi) The radiography examination and acceptance certificate
verification.
vii) After solution annealing of SS casting and forgings the
percentage ferrite check will be done by Ferrito-scope only.

4. Vendor should submit all internal inspection reports alongwith all T.C.
which was verified / witnessed and accepted by third party inspector.

5. Third party inspection report, release order and as built drawings (6

sets) alongwith supply.

6. Any deviations from GNFC specifications shall be highlighted in the

offer.

Note:- Vendor shall categorically confirm all above mentioned technical

-notes, Since otherwise offer will not be accepted.
