Instructions to set XM Sensor on the Rig, equipped with MMI Display type.

From MAIN page, select MENU

In MENU page, select F1 (MACHINE)

In MACHINE page, select F1 (MACHINE PARAMETERS)

Password is required ! 9941 = 1°LEVEL xxx9= 2°LEVEL (xxx=rig model example:125/180/250)

Select “1 Angolo XM - Set0” and confirm with ENTER

XM Sensor setting must be performed with BOTH MAST CYLINDERS

COMPLETELY EXTENDED (mast up and a little forward)
or COMPLETELY RETRACTED (mast down, horizontal)
It depends by the available situation in the site and by the Rig configuration.
During operations, respect STABILITY rules by following carefully instructions in USER MANUAL.

Parameter can be set only if XM Sensor current is between 11mA and 13mA. Ideal setting is 12mA.
You can obtain it by turning properly the XM Sensor pin, respected to the mast elastic joint
coupling.

Confirm value with ENTER

Be careful not to set it tumbled 180°: It will work wrongly in the opposite way.

Referred to the cabin, do this check:

Mast Jib moves to right side (away from cabin) --- > current must increase
Mast Jib moves to left side (to cabin side) --- > current must decrease

Exit to main page with “Menu” and carefully check Rig’s functionality.
