Dear Ms. Mujezinovic,

This document is a written fee agreement that New York Law requires lawyers to make it
with their client. I agree on the terms below

This agreement will not have any binding force, and I will not have any obligations to
represent you at court unless you provide me with the signed copy of it and paid initial fee defined
below.

You are hiring me as attorney in your family matter. I will provide you with all reasonable
required services in this matter. I will keep you informed about the progress and I will answer to all of
your questions and concerns. If the court action is filed I will represent you at the trial. I will not
represent you on appeal, unless you and I make new agreement that I will provide you with that
service.

You agree that you will be honest with me, that you will keep me informed about any change
of your phone number, address and that you will pay my bills on time.

You agree that you will pay me initial deposit of $1000 on my bank account and that I can
withdraw that deposit in case that any of the later payments are not fulfilled. The initial deposit will
be given to you upon termination of my services with you.

You agree that you will pay my legal services at the hourly basis for the time spent on your
matter. My current hourly rate is $100. Hourly rate defined in this paragraph is subject to the change
and can be changed upon two months notice. If you do not agree with the change of hourly rate I
have power to withdraw as your lawyer. If you are dissatisfied with change of hourly rate you can
discharge me.

I will make various costs during fulfillment of this agreement. You are obliged to pay all of
these costs at the price defined by law. These costs include long distance phone calls, messengers
and delivery fees, postage, parking and other similar items. Except for these cost you will be charged
for costs listed below:
- Creation of a file and indexes – $100
- Automotive allowance – $0.20 per mile
- Photocopying allowance - $0.20 per page

You will also be charged for out of town service for me and my personnel. You will be
charged for meals, lodging and all necessary out-of-town cost for me and my personnel.

In the period of gathering information for your case it will be necessary to hire expert
witnesses. I shall not hire these witnesses unless you agree that you will pay their charges and fees.

 I will provide you with the periodic statements for incurred costs. You are obliged to pay
them due 20 days of the day I mailed it to you. For any late payments you will be charged at interest
rate of 1 % for every month.

You can discharge me at any time. I can withdraw with your consent for good cause. Good
cause is breach of this agreement if you don’t follow my instructions on the legal matter you hired
me for or you are dishonest or not willing to cooperate.

I may withdraw if you do not make initial deposition defined above. I may withdraw if your
payments on periodic statements are done after 20 days. When service concluded upon discharge or
withdraw you agree that all unpaid charges become due and payable and that I can withdraw from
deposit, defined above, the amount you owe me.

After service is finished I am obliged to give you back all your materials, any of your property
that remains in my position including the funds left in deposition account.

Nothing in this agreement or in my oral statement may be used as a guarantee about

outcome in your matter. My comments about the outcome of the case are opinions only.

If any dispute arises between us concerning attorney’s fees, you have right to arbitration
pursuant to Part 137 of the Rules of the Chief Administrator of the Courts.

This agreement has effect when you have perfomed condtitions listed at the begining, but
this agreement's effective date is when the first service is provided.
