Fleetlife’s panels range from 1/2” to 5” pleat height with phenolic resin high flow paper to a variety of synthetic
medias. Because of the fragile nature of panels, Fleetlife uses a double wall shipping carton.
We are specialists in custom designed and private labeled panels. Every panel filter manufactured by Fleetlife meets or
exceeds original manufacturer’ specifications.

FRAME & Fleetlife uses a “heavy gauge” galvanized metal for maximum corrosion protection with
expanded metal protective covers. All come with support bars on the downstream size
SUPPORT BARS: adhered to each pleat providing stability in both humid and dry environments.

Fleetlife uses a closed cell “ ” shaped EPDM extruded gasket. Attachment is

GASKETS: achieved by using a pressure sensitive adhesive. We have found this method to be the
best seal against contaminate migration. You can be assured of a positive seal that will
protect your expensive equipment.

Fleetlife was the first major filter manufacturer to discover, test, and produce a pleated paper filter eliminating the use
of rick-a-rack and tubes. We found a more efficient, longer life, and lower restricted element.

FLEETLIFE’S DONALDSON AIR PANEL REPLACEMENTS

Fleetlife replacements for Donaldson panel air filters were designed and tested to provide 100% surface filtering area. We use a
proprietary method of keeping our pleats of paper separated which eliminates the problem of convolution or “gathering” of the pleats.

Fleetlife replacements for the Waukesha panel air filter series 169180 and 169937 were designed and tested to provide 28% more
paper than the 7” OEM filter. Our design gives you 85% more open filtering area which provides lower restriction and longer life.

Fleetlife provides the correct media for the correct application, unlike most that think one type fits all.
MEDIA: Fleetlife offers “hi-flow” media that has 32% resin content to insure whether it “rains or snows, the air
will flow” to highly sophisticated synthetic blends for absolute particle removal.
