This part of the discussion should clearly indicate the amount of information to be provided verbally by the auditors during the audit. 5.4.2 Auditee activities 5.4.2.1 Auditee responsibilities The auditee has the following respon- sibilities with respect to the preparations for, and implementation of, the quality audit: 1. Agreeing on the purpose or objective of the audit and accepting this and the defined reference documents . Agreeing on the acceptability of the proposed auditor(s) . Appointing responsible individual(s) to work with the auditor(s) . Providing a working area and facilities for the auditor(s) a Pen . Ensuring auditor access to the necessary fac dence, etc. 6. Reviewing the audit findings to ensure agreement with the facts ies, objective evi- 5.4.2.2 Auditee initiation activities The auditee’s representative should be in a position to discuss the acceptability of, the purpose of, and the reference documentation for the proposed quality audit. Accessibility to facilities, objective evidence, special processes, etc., may be restricted owing to numerous factors, including: 1. Restrictions on particular facts due to government or industrial se- curity needs, proprietary information relating to other customers, ete. 2.
